Your Funds and Trading Credit

What is temporarily removed, what is not, and what is reinstated afterwards.

Updated October 8, 2026

Are my deposited funds or trading profits removed?

No. The temporary credit removal applies only to Company-provided Credit Lines or Deposit Bonuses recorded as trading credit.

Your deposited funds and realized trading profits are not removed by this adjustment. They remain subject to normal trading gains, losses and charges.

What happens when the restriction window ends?

The scheduled restrictions are lifted. Dynamic Leverage Accounts return to the leverage otherwise applicable under TX3 Markets’ current leverage rules.

Temporarily removed trading credit is reinstated only to the extent that it remains eligible under the relevant Credit Line or Deposit Bonus terms.

Lifting the restrictions does not reopen closed positions or reverse realized losses.

Will my Dynamic Leverage Account automatically return to maximum leverage?

Not necessarily. Your account returns to the leverage available under the normal Dynamic Leverage rules, including the applicable balance tier and any instrument-specific or account-specific limits.

The end of a restriction window does not guarantee that your account qualifies for the highest available leverage.
