Withdrawal Status Meanings

Understand the different withdrawal request statuses in your client portal.

Status	Meaning
Pending	Request has been submitted and is under review
Processing	The finance team is handling your withdrawal
Completed	Funds have been released to your selected withdrawal method
Rejected	The request could not be processed. You will be notified of the reason (e.g., insufficient balance, incorrect details, AML requirements)
