Tier Triggers
When your balance increases, the next tier applies only once it exceeds the upper limit of the current tier. The upper limit itself remains in the current tier.

How Tier Changes Work
For example, a USD balance of exactly $500 remains in Tier 2, with maximum leverage of 1:1500 for Forex and 1:750 for Metals & Indices. At $500.01, Tier 3 applies, with maximum leverage of 1:1000 and 1:500 respectively.
If your balance falls back to $500, Tier 2 applies again. Use the schedule for your account’s base currency. ZAR accounts use the published ZAR thresholds, not a live conversion of the USD thresholds.
Are These Leverage Levels Guaranteed?
No. The ratios shown are maximum limits. A lower limit may apply to a particular instrument or account under the applicable trading conditions or risk controls. Refer to the current published Dynamic Leverage Schedule and the conditions for your instrument.
During News and Weekend Restriction Windows
From 1 October 2026, the maximum leverage on Dynamic Leverage accounts is reduced to 1:300 for Forex and 1:100 for Metals & Indices during designated high-impact news events and weekend market closures.
